Securus Helps Expose GTL Wrong Doing In Louisiana

In a series of press releases to be written and released by PR Newswire about overcharging, call padding, and double billing are illegal, standard procedures performed by Global Tel Link (GTL), an inmate communications business that has been providing services for the state of Louisiana for many years.
A re- release of a 1989 formal 17 page document written by the Louisiana Public Service Commission found that GTL was adding seconds onto each inmate call, billing more in tariffs than allowed for communications usage, and “double billing” inmate/ family conversations. These unlawful actions ended up costing the State of Louisiana $1,243,000.00 more for telecommunications services yearly.

Unfortunately, these practices never were resolved and continue today. Securus Technologies is trying to help change that. Based in Dallas, Texas, Securus is a leader in inmate/ family communications offering security programs, communications, and biometric investigation to prisons and law enforcement agencies nationwide. Securus boasts an A+ accreditation from the BBB.

Securus America included their thoughts on the issues brought up in the State of Louisiana’s report stating that “Time does not dissipate what the Louisiana Public Service Commission said that GTL did” and that GTL’s bad behavior can reflect badly on the whole prison communications industry. Securus will issue the GTL related press releases in a series over the next six months. See,

Wen By Chaz Is Garnering Rare Reviews Online

Wen By Chaz promises red carpet-ready, full, healthy hair, just like celebrities Alyssa Milano and Brooke Shields. The 5-in-1 formula replaces multiple hair care products, making it ideal for busy women who don’t have time to shampoo, condition, deep condition, and detangle each day. Wen doesn’t feel like a shampoo, but that is because it does not contain the harsh sulfates found in some shampoos. Wen by Chaz Dean garners rave reviews, mostly from women, who say their hair has never felt softer, or looked healthier.
In a review originally published by Bustle, Emily McClure tried Wen by Chaz Dean on her fine hair. She used the Sephora fig version of cleansing conditioner for seven days and at the end of her experiment, Emily friends commented on how healthy her hair appeared.

When people buy WEN from the late-night television infomercial, they receive a slightly different version of the product than what is available on the Ebay website, but the performance is exactly the same. The infomercial version from Guthy Renker is sold internationally, so the ingredients are changed slightly. Since Wen By Chaz performs so well, there are many knock-off versions that consumers should avoid, since these knock-offs don’t use the same high quality ingredients as Wen By Chaz and they don’t perform as well.

Dr Walden

Dr. Jennifer Walden is unique: she was born and bred and Texas, where she decided to become a surgeon, and she’s lived in New York, where she trained, only to return to Texas to work and serve the greater community, one patient at a time, by making people feel good about their bodies, and by giving back to the community this way.

Walden grew up with medical parents, and she was told she would be a good surgeon from a very young age. She went to college and medical school in Texas, and even earned the coveted salutatorian prize at her medical school. And then, she had the best news: she was invited to work with the famous surgeon Dr. Sherrell Aston in Manhattan. She went.

For eight years, Walden lived in New York, and she learned everything from Aston that Aston could teach her. She even innovated in her discipline, inventing new surgical instruments to be used in breast surgeries, and taking advantage of New York’s cutting-edge city appeal to get on top of all non-surgical technology in her field.

Then, she decided to become a single mother, and she soon found herself wanting to take her twin boys back to Texas, where she knew she had always felt welcome. And that she did. She’s been living in Austin, where she has her main clinic, and she also operates several satellite clinics at various hospitals in the area.

Walden says that she feels like plastic surgery is doing something good for people, and that many women are more comfortable talking with her because she’s a female surgeon, a rarity in plastic surgery. She has learned to listen and to understand issues such as body dysmorphia and life changes that might require surgery to fix.

Walden uses her knowledge and experience to help her patients focus on realistic expectations, and she guides them to the right fit for a surgeon if she doesn’t think she qualifies.
